Finally the day!
The day we're leaving Seoul......for real! /sobs/
Breakfast was great! Fall in love with their steam buns dipped with curry :( Idk how many times I took the buns haha (trust me I'm a big eater with a big appetite><) After a filling breakfast, we went to pack our luggage before we meet everyone in the lobby to board the airport mini van together.
Literally "The Hotel" hahaha. Goodbye and thanks for the comfortable stay!
The journey to the airport only took us half an hour and on the way to the airport, I had mixed feelings. Part of me was relieved that we finally flying back to Sg since I'm officially broke but another wished if only we could stay for another night here haha. Maybe it's because the hotel manager seemed so nice to us and also how he's like a grandfather figure to us because there's this one time where both Asy and I had to sneak out of the hotel because we wanted to go to Myeongdong/Hongdae and it was already late. Initially, he informed us that we should not go anywhere and stay in because we gotta wake up early to go to the airport. So imagine what's his reaction will be like if he knew we planned to go to Myeongdong/Hongdae, which is why we had to sneak out hehehe.
And I'm so sad we didn't get to take a picture with him cause he was busy that morning :((((
After half and hour later......
Hello Incheon Aiport, we meet again....
Offload because we didn't board our plane the day before
While waiting for our plane, I thought a lot about the reasons why I keep on wanting to come here again. Putting Kpop aside because really, everyone around me thinks that I want to go Seoul again because of Kpop but little did they know that there's more to Korea than Kpop hahahais. Idk, I just love their weather, their food especially, their culture, everything, it's just so difficult to put it in words!
Anyway, those thoughts vanished when I heard from the staff that it was finally time for us to board the plane. And guess what! The three of us (Asy, me and our new friend) got the first class seats since there were no more economy seats available so.....
Holla to the big space for our legs (especially my long legs tsk)
The 6 hours ride from Korea to Ho Chi Minh never felt so comfortable before hehehe. Since I sat near the window, I could see the snow covered almost the whole part of Korea! Isn't it amazing? The view from top T_T If only we could experience winter (maybe I should for my next visit hehe though I'd probably can't survive)
The three of us got separated from the other Singaporeans (a couple and a family) but we finally met each other at Ho Chi Minh!
Safely landed at Singapore around 7.30pm and bid farewell to them :')
Idk but I'm really glad to have met them despite knowing each other for only 2 days? They're really nice and took good care of us especially since both Asy and I were like the youngest (and most clueless) there. Before that, we actually had some trouble because the staff couldn't find a seat for us which means we had to board the flight on the day itself so the wife of the couple told his husband to help us out and he did. Thanks to them, we're able to stay in Seoul together and board the next flight :)
So......
That marks the end of my #OVERDUOSEoul posts :) If yguys have actually read till here, surviving all my grammatical errors and shortage of vocab...thank you so much. I'm actually surprise that I managed to complete writing this 13 day posts because I could not able to do so for my first Seoul trip >< This really takes a lot of motivation okay hahaha.
This 2nd trip makes me a little bit more independent because I had to actually lead since I'm somewhat familiar with the place especially when it comes to their subway and communication/reading hangul. And for someone who is really bad at directions, it's really a miracle that I survived here in Seoul, with Asy who is as bad as I am (but she can read map so it's alright hahaha)
Here's to more future trip to Seoul together! This time, with our dear friend, Fatin!!! :) Till then.....
Seoul, wait for me because I will be back! ;)

Day 12 // Don't Go

Slept at 3am because I went to pack my luggage. We were really tempted to extend our stay here but we couldn't since we actually extended our stay beforehand so if we were to extend again, our parents will definitely go ballistic hahah. Thank goodness despite sleeping late, we woke up on time and even get to have our breakfast before going to the airport.
Goodbye 24 guesthouse :(
Took us an hour to get to Incheon Airport from Seoul Station and we still had to rush because we were the last few to check in >< (I thought we were early ><) In the end, Asy and I were separated from each other in the plane and I had to sit beside someone who had body odor + sprayed perfume all over her body T^T Found myself sleeping by the time I settled in since I barely had enough sleep the day before until I heard commotion and when I opened my eyes, everyone were standing and preparing to get out of the plane. I actually thought we've landed Singapore but it seemed impossible cause it's only been minutes since I slept lol.
We were wondering what had happened, only to find out that our plane got delayed because of some major engine problems. Initially they asked us to wait for a few minutes but then hours passed and there was still no news so all the ahjusshis were complaining and I swear it was such a scary sight to see ><
We decided to wait (and I still had time to watch Roommate haha) until there was this point of time where I couldn't stand it anymore that I went to join this small group of Singaporeans who were discussing. Thank goodness I joined them because they actually told me that since our flight got delayed here, the transit flight at Vietnam will fly off without waiting for us which means we had to stay in Ho Chi Minh for a night >< Obviously we didn't want to stay in Ho Chi Minh so we informed the staff to book a hotel here in Seoul. At first, they said they couldn't find any accommodation for us but we insisted that they could and they will so we decided to wait for them until they settled all of the passengers who still want to continue their flight to Ho Chi Minh.
The crowd got more massive at the counter and people were all shouting at the manager because they all waited for more than half of the day so of course they got frustrated. Worse, the staff kept on asking us to wait and wait, without updating us. We could actually spend that 12 hours plus of waiting for the staff to update us going to Myeongdong and Hongdae to do last minute shopping okay! Urghhh! Thank goodness for the free lunch, if not, I'll get super pissed too hah.
After spending half of the day in the airport,(from 10.15am to 8pm) the staff told us that they managed to book a hotel for us so we finally made our way out of the airport through endless immigration check points. We even got escorted by the staff, making us feel like a VIP for the night haha.
I still remember the staff who helped us go through all the hassle. He even told one of us that since he is the maknae rookie there (meaning young newbie) he had to be in charge of this hahaha. Thank you Kim Min Ki sshi! (Sadly, we didn't take any pictures with him T_T)
And we're off to the hotel which means.....another night in Seoul...for free! xD All our expenses were paid for, even our food. The hotel manager is so cute (he is an ahjusshi btw). At first, we were worried about how to communicate with him but when he spoke to us in bahasa Indonesia, we were shocked. He's really good at it and he told us that he used to study in Indonesia which explains why....
After much difficulty (cause he did not understand us at first haha) informing the hotel manager that we could not eat pork or any other meat that is not slaughtered in a halal manner, we finally bought dinner.....from the convenience store xD
The night was still young and we think that it'll be a waste if we were to stay in our room so we decided to go to Myeongdong/Hongdae but after walking to the station, we realized that we actually stayed at the other end of Seoul which means if we were to go to Myeongdong/Hongdae, it'll probably will take us about 1 hour plus and it was already 9pm -.- Feeling disappointed, we walked around our hotel premises instead even though there's nothing much to see. It was a really cold night and you could see the path were all covered in snow *_*
I really wanted to go karaoke again since I didn't had enough of last time but the noraebang seemed...creepy so we decided not to :( Went to a convenience store to buy more kimbab and Asy bought an ice cream despite the cold weather haha.
K.Oed once I reached our room since it was a long and stressful day >< The fact that I barely had enough sleep cause I didn't want to miss our flight didn't help either.....Sigh.

Day 11 // The day we fangirl to another level

Rise
and shine at 11am! Went to check twitter in case there were airport previews of
them in Hongkong airport but they weren’t so Asy went to pack her luggage
again. But, we had a feeling that they will be back in the afternoon so after
much consideration, we decided that we should just go to the airport!
Furthermore, I need to get some stuff there. The ride from Seoul Station to Incheon
took about an hour and since we didn’t have wifi, we were worried if there were
any previews of EXO be it in Hongkong or Seoul so once we reached, (thank god
for the easy access to wifi in Seoul) we checked our twitter and……

Our
reaction? Wasn’t it easy to guess? We were superrrrrrrrrrrr excited of course!
Our fangirl instincts that day was damn DAEBAK please. I’m so proud of meself
T^T There weren’t any information regarding which plane they board but again,
we trust our fangirl instincts and WE GOT IT RIGHT T_____T Let me crey for a moment
According
to the flight schedule from Hongkong, the plane was supposed to land at 4pm kst
and it was already nearing 4 when we reached the airport so we ran all the way
to the arrival hall xD
When
we went to Exit A, there were MANY fan girls there. Fansite noonas were
everywhere with their dslr and I cant help but to feel intimidated by them. I
mean, we were among possible EXO’s fansite masters OKAY?! asKJBFkagvfwigv
Waiting
for EXO is like waiting for a rain in the drought….Stood there for an hour but
batang hidung drng pon tak nmpk and the fans were all complaining. There was a
group of girls behind us who, I happened to overheard their convo, were talking
about how their idol’s manager’s car were not parked outside and they were
like, what if they left at the other exit already? I didn’t know who they were
talking about at that time so I thought they were talking about Exo until…
WINNER
CAME OUT OF THE ARRIVAL HALL. Initially, I didn’t know it was them until I saw
someone with a center parting hair which is obviously NAM TAEHYUN AND ALL OF
THE FANS STARTED SCREAMING. I was like OMFGSH IS THAT WINNER IS THAT WINNER AND
THE JAPANESE FAN BESIDE ME WAS LIKE OMGGG YESSS ITS WINNER!! I didn’t get to
see them up close because they went to the other side of the exit but I could
still recognise who’s who from their back, especially Kang Seungyoon because HE
WAS WEARING HIS BIG HAT THAT HE WORE DURING MAMA xD I would’ve run to them to
have a closer look if I could but since I was at a good spot and there were
many fans crowding around them, I decided not to :(
Apparently,
the group of girls was actually waiting for WINNER because they left when
WINNER left. Anw, made friends with the Japanese fan who came with her friend.
She’s a fan of EXO, Baekhyun while her friend is a fan of APINK, so they were
waiting for them too.
A few
minutes after WINNER left (that time my fan girl heart wasn’t at ease yet), out
came DOUBLE B’S AS IN BOBBY AND B (FREAKING) I. I WAS SPEECHLESS AF. BOBBY WAS
PUSHING THE TROLLEY OF LUGGAGE, HE WAS IN BLACK, NO MASK, HAIR GELLED UP AND
LOOK GOOD AF I’M GOODBYE.
AND
I HAVE'NT EVEN TALK ABOUT B.I.
B.I
WAS IN WHITE HIPHOP CLOTHING, SNAPBACK AND HE WORE A MASK. I didn’t mind that
he wore a mask because HE’S DOING US, ME A FAVOR BY NOT MAKING ME FAINT?!
Hahahahahais. (Whenever I fangirl over them, I have to remind myself all over
again that they are younger than me, and that fangirling over them is like
fangirling over my brother’s friends because they are of the same age…sigh)
They walked towards our area and I really had a good view of them T^T
JBAIGHWNVSKL MY NOONA HEART T^T I wanted to follow Bobby and B.I at first but
looking at the amount of fans crowding them….sigh it’s okay…Should just save my
energy for EXO hah
After
Bobby and B.I left, we heard from the other EXO fans that EXO won’t be exiting
at Exit A but at Exit E instead. Initially, we were like contemplating if we
should stay or leave but in the end, we decided to leave and that was when we
saw fans from Exit A running towards Exit E. Because Exit A and Exit E is so
far apart from one another we had to run. It really was like a stampede xD I couldn’t
believe that both Asy and I were a part of the stampede too :P People were all
looking at us, some were even recording but we didn’t care and ran our feets
off to the other end T^T The things we did there…..
Thank
god we ran because a few minutes later after we reached Exit E, SE FREAKING HUN
LEFT AND THAT’S WHEN I RAN TOWARDS THE CROWD THAT FOLLOWED HIM (I didn’t know
where Asy was at that time). The crowd that followed him was massive, but he
stood out because he is tall and lean, with his beanie and gray pullover.
There’s this one point of time that I was JUST BESIDE HIM but in the end, within
seconds, I got pushed by the fans, pushed so hard that I nearly got knocked
into the glass door so I gave up and didn’t follow Sehun all the way out :( Plus, the mob was so scrazy (scary + crazy) because there’s this fan who
actually fell down but people were all stepping on her. (I wanted to help but I
was being pushed by them too ><) It was THAT bad. Sehun saw what happened
and I could see that he wanted to help but he was already being pushed by the
fans so yeah :(
I
was so exhausted after all that and went back to find Asy. She’s like, DAYAK
WHERE WERE YOU and I’m like ASY WHERE WERE YOU I WAS RUNNING TO SEHUN. She’s
like WTH WHY YOU LEAVE ME and I’m like I CAN’T FIND YOU and decided that we
should hooked our arms around one another so we won’t be separated again hahah
Went
to find a good spot to wait for the other 9 members before the crowd increased
again >< A while later, the fansite noonas suddenly got busy preparing their
dslr and that’s when…
ANOTHER
ROUND OF EXO FIASCO O-<-<
TAO,
CHEN, KAI AND D.O WERE THERE AND WE WERE SO CLOSE I CAN ACTUALLY TOUCH TAO’S
ARM (Seriously I think my bias luck is not with Luhan but with Tao instead. Whenever
I bought EXO’s album, the member that I usually get is him and REMEMBER TLPSG?!
If Tao is my bias it’d be damn awesome but sorry? Heh)
The
crowd got worse – fans were all pushing and since there were no barricades, the
members got pushed as well. Tbh, it was a really scary sight. D.O looked so
fragile, behind Kai, and he was looking down :/ It’s no wonder why he got so
traumatized whenever he had to go through the airport because really, it seemed
like a battlefield out there. Even I got scared of it and it’s only my first
time here. The security guards were OF NO USE and THERE’S ONLY A FEW OF THEM?!
THEY SHOULD GET AN ARMY OKAY. So, I’m actually really glad that there’s a CIP
exit in Singapore
because at least they won’t get mobbed by the fans whenever they come here :/
Now
it’s left with Chanyeol, Xiumin, Baekhyun, Suho and Lay. There were lesser fans
at Exit E that time so we ran to Exit A because we were not sure where those remaining
5 members will exit at and at that time, there were fans crowded at Exit A.
After
some time waiting, we saw a female idol exiting, Block B, Dancing 9 casts, even
GD was there too! There’s this Japanese fan girl who took a picture with two of
the Dancing 9 contestant whose name I can’t remember but I know them because I
watch that dance show xP If I’m not wrong both of them were in the Blue team.
Asy and I were contemplating if we should take a picture with them just because
but as we were deciding, I happened to spot someone in a bright red hair
walking towards the exit with the rest of the members and it occurred to me
that the guy in red hair was actually Rap Monster from BTS. I’m not an Army but when they first debuted, I once fan girl about Jimin with my poly
friends so yeah, I know them and listen to their songs too. Plus, it’s not helping
either that my tlist are crazy about them xD
When
I saw it was BTS, I told Asy, BE RIGHT BACK! and quickly ran to BTS AND THE
FIRST PERSON I SAW WAS JIMIN…..(Please remind me again that Jimin is younger than me too /facepalms/) But he wasn’t smiling >< He seemed tired and again,
the fans were all pushing so I feel him :( Since I’m among the
crowd, I was being dragged + squashed together and the only thing that’s free
from being squashed was my arm taking video of the boys. ANW! I WAS SO CLOSE TO
THEM AND TAEHYUNG IS SO CUTE?! (No wonder my tlist are all crazy about him!)
HE WAS BITING HIS FINGER AS HE WALKED WITH THE MEMBERS WHILE LOOKING AT THE
FANS CROWDING AROUND HIM.
SO
CUTE BUT CANNOT UHHHHH.... I can’t afford to join another fandom because 3 is enough.
WAYYYY MORE THAN ENOUGH. Stanning SJ, EXO and BEAST together is already hard, I’m
not going to risk stanning another group T^T (Well, Double B’s are an exception
though)
After
they left, the crowd began to get lesser and that’s when we realise, WHERE DID
ALL THE EXO FANS WENT TO?! We walked back to Exit E only to realise there weren’t
any fans there compared to the crowd just now. Walked again to Exit A and asked
around if they were waiting for any idols but they said nope :( So I went to check twitter….and to our dismay…
THE
REMAINING 5 MEMBERS HAD ALREADY LEFT THE AIRPORT because there were pictures of
them being crowded with fans, taken by the news reporters. FHWIGHWIOVGWHVWN?! At
that point of time we felt so…..disappointed, especially Asy because she missed
BOTH of her bias. It’s like we KNOW we were in the same building but we missed
it because WE DIDN’T KNOW WHERE THEY EXITED. (Now that I think about it, they’d
probably went to Exit E. Maybe right after Tao’s group? Freakkkkkk)
By
then, there were no more idols exiting the arrival halls so that was our cue to
leave too :( When we realise that it was already 8pm, we quickly ask the information counter
where’s Lotte Department Mall only to find out that it was actually at Gimpo
Airport…./facepalm/ The lady suggested that we should board a bus so after
buying the tickets, we’re off to Gimpo which took about half and hour journey.
We didn’t
know where we should alight so we had to walk all the way to the mall and it
was so cold that night my ears were in pain and turned red. All this while when
the weather was cold, my ears were fine but I guess it had reached it maximum tolerance of the cold xP
After
more walks, we finally reached Lotte Department Mall and I was super mad when
the place that I wanted to go was closed -.- We were 30 minutes late. FREAK.
What a wasted trip T^T (but Asy was like at least we get to board a bus? Sigh,
true though…) We didn’t shop in the mall because it was crazy expensive, like
all those branded goods so after going to the super atas toilet, we board the
subway to Myeongdong because it’ll be our LAST time here T^T
Initially,
we thought of doing some last minute shopping but it was already 10pm and we
were famished so we went to eat at Yoogane first. Tbh,
I prefer the Yoogane in Hongdae compared to the ones here in Myeongdong :P
By
the time we finished eating, many shops were already closed down, even the bag
pack that both Asy and I FINALLY wanted to buy after all the consideration.
Also, we didn’t get to take a picture with our favourite squishy NR promoter
whom we considered as our friend :( So many things we didn’t get to do/buy at Myeongdong :( Thank goodness the huge NR building wasn’t closed so we went to buy more facial
products because Asy wanted Chanyeol’s NR photocard and I wanted Kai’s fan :P
Rushed
for the last train and when we reached our dorm, it started to slowly sinked in….

Ever
since it started snowing on 1st December, both Asy and I had
difficulty waking up. Kalau ikutkan hati (If I were to follow my heart), I wouldn’t
want to wake up at all because it felt so nice and comfortable especially when
the comforter is so thick and the bed is so comfy I can sleep all day T^T
Actually,
that day’s plan was to send Exo off to Hongkong for MAMA because they didn’t fly off to Hongkong the day before. Based from my fan girl knowledge/experience (chey
step eh hahaha), Exo will usually be in the airport at around 8am to 9am if
they have to catch the morning flight so we set our alarm early in the morning
and when we woke up to check updates on twitter, unfortunately, there weren’t
any. Plus, I think we were really sleepy so we didn’t even bother waiting for
more updates cause we went back to bed straightaway, only to find out a few
hours later that Exo was actually in the airport….at around that timing we
initially predicted. TSKKKKKKKKK. Pissed and no luck with Exo (yet)
Thank
goodness we were on time for the guard changing ceremony at Gwanghwamun. I felt
like eating an ice cream so I bought one and eating ice cream on a crazy cold
weather sounds crazy but it was especially good at the same time :9
Purchased
our tickets for the palace before watching the ceremony…
After
waiting for some time, the ceremony started but that’s when both my phone and
Asy’s phone decided to be an ass (especially mine). We couldn’t take a proper
video/picture because 1) Asy’s phone out of memory 2) My phone just sucks. But
sigh, at least we get to take the first part of the ceremony so I guess all is
well?
The ceremony
lasted around 10 minutes and once it was over, we rushed for our palace visit
because it was nearing 4pm and it’s last admission is at 4 itself.
I
was really in awe of the palace….. It really seemed like what you see in those
traditional dramas. From the structure of the building to the detailed designs, everything
seemed so beautiful.
And
the snow that morning…really made the place look extra picture perfect…
Since we only had an hour to explore the palace, we were really rushing but at least we get to explore most of the places. After all the photo-taking, we went to Gwanghwamun Square and once again, took pictures with the King Sejong statue :D
There was a mini booth on "Jewels of Asean" and we decided to take a look at it plus we need some warmth since it was freezing cold out there T^T The staffs were all friendly and asked us if we wanted to take part in some easy quiz and we did! And yesss, it was VERY easy especially with their help xD So in the end, we won some badges, hotpacks and a Jewels of Asean pencil case :)
Headed to Lotte Mart for our last grocery shopping and packed our dinner before getting ready for MAMA(!!!!!)
Ran home with our box full of groceries xD

When Black Pearl appeared, both Asy and I screamed our
lungs off because IT’S EXO AND BLACK PEARL BB. Then when TELL ME WHAT IS LOVE
happened, all hell broke lose. The song is already eargasm when D.O sang it
himself at TLP but during MAMA, the vocal lines - Baek and Chen (missing Lu ge) sang with him too so imagine the triple eargasm we got!! PLUS, THE REST OF THE
MEMBERS DANCED TO THAT SONG?!?! TELL ME WHAT IS AIR?!?!?! (but I do feel a bit
empty because it feels so different without Kris…without Luhan…especially when
Kai danced all by himself during the performance. Just last year, he was with
Luhan…but now..)
My
timeline was being an emotional wreck that time because OT10 during MAMA and I
kindda got affected by it too lol. Sigh. (Okay I shall stop talking about OT10
its making me emotional ><)
One
drama after another in twitter about awards and such which made me felt even
ajkZvfgwaiosvh. Asy was like telling me to ignore all of them because I
actually got irritated at one point of time that I nearly burst HAHAHA. This was why I didn’t vote for anyone for this year’s MAMA >< Maybe I won’t vote
ever again hah.
Anyway,
initially, we planned to go to the sauna right after MAMA but it ended after
midnight so we had to give it a miss T^T Decided to start (as in 2 hours later
after slacking around) packing since our stuffs were all over the place but how
do you start when your things were this much?!
I had a hard time
packing, squeezing whatever that can fit in my luggage that it bulged out
hahaha.

Hello Incheon Aiport, we meet again....
Offload because we didn't board our plane the day before
While waiting for our plane, I thought a lot about the reasons why I keep on wanting to come here again. Putting Kpop aside because really, everyone around me thinks that I want to go Seoul again because of Kpop but little did they know that there's more to Korea than Kpop hahahais. Idk, I just love their weather, their food especially, their culture, everything, it's just so difficult to put it in words!
Anyway, those thoughts vanished when I heard from the staff that it was finally time for us to board the plane. And guess what! The three of us (Asy, me and our new friend) got the first class seats since there were no more economy seats available so.....
Holla to the big space for our legs (especially my long legs tsk)
The 6 hours ride from Korea to Ho Chi Minh never felt so comfortable before hehehe. Since I sat near the window, I could see the snow covered almost the whole part of Korea! Isn't it amazing? The view from top T_T If only we could experience winter (maybe I should for my next visit hehe though I'd probably can't survive)
The three of us got separated from the other Singaporeans (a couple and a family) but we finally met each other at Ho Chi Minh!
Safely landed at Singapore around 7.30pm and bid farewell to them :')
Idk but I'm really glad to have met them despite knowing each other for only 2 days? They're really nice and took good care of us especially since both Asy and I were like the youngest (and most clueless) there. Before that, we actually had some trouble because the staff couldn't find a seat for us which means we had to board the flight on the day itself so the wife of the couple told his husband to help us out and he did. Thanks to them, we're able to stay in Seoul together and board the next flight :)
So......
That marks the end of my #OVERDUOSEoul posts :) If yguys have actually read till here, surviving all my grammatical errors and shortage of vocab...thank you so much. I'm actually surprise that I managed to complete writing this 13 day posts because I could not able to do so for my first Seoul trip >< This really takes a lot of motivation okay hahaha.
This 2nd trip makes me a little bit more independent because I had to actually lead since I'm somewhat familiar with the place especially when it comes to their subway and communication/reading hangul. And for someone who is really bad at directions, it's really a miracle that I survived here in Seoul, with Asy who is as bad as I am (but she can read map so it's alright hahaha)
Here's to more future trip to Seoul together! This time, with our dear friend, Fatin!!! :) Till then.....

Day 12 // Don't Go

Slept at 3am because I went to pack my luggage. We were really tempted to extend our stay here but we couldn't since we actually extended our stay beforehand so if we were to extend again, our parents will definitely go ballistic hahah. Thank goodness despite sleeping late, we woke up on time and even get to have our breakfast before going to the airport.
Goodbye 24 guesthouse :(
Took us an hour to get to Incheon Airport from Seoul Station and we still had to rush because we were the last few to check in >< (I thought we were early ><) In the end, Asy and I were separated from each other in the plane and I had to sit beside someone who had body odor + sprayed perfume all over her body T^T Found myself sleeping by the time I settled in since I barely had enough sleep the day before until I heard commotion and when I opened my eyes, everyone were standing and preparing to get out of the plane. I actually thought we've landed Singapore but it seemed impossible cause it's only been minutes since I slept lol.
We were wondering what had happened, only to find out that our plane got delayed because of some major engine problems. Initially they asked us to wait for a few minutes but then hours passed and there was still no news so all the ahjusshis were complaining and I swear it was such a scary sight to see ><
We decided to wait (and I still had time to watch Roommate haha) until there was this point of time where I couldn't stand it anymore that I went to join this small group of Singaporeans who were discussing. Thank goodness I joined them because they actually told me that since our flight got delayed here, the transit flight at Vietnam will fly off without waiting for us which means we had to stay in Ho Chi Minh for a night >< Obviously we didn't want to stay in Ho Chi Minh so we informed the staff to book a hotel here in Seoul. At first, they said they couldn't find any accommodation for us but we insisted that they could and they will so we decided to wait for them until they settled all of the passengers who still want to continue their flight to Ho Chi Minh.
The crowd got more massive at the counter and people were all shouting at the manager because they all waited for more than half of the day so of course they got frustrated. Worse, the staff kept on asking us to wait and wait, without updating us. We could actually spend that 12 hours plus of waiting for the staff to update us going to Myeongdong and Hongdae to do last minute shopping okay! Urghhh! Thank goodness for the free lunch, if not, I'll get super pissed too hah.
After spending half of the day in the airport,(from 10.15am to 8pm) the staff told us that they managed to book a hotel for us so we finally made our way out of the airport through endless immigration check points. We even got escorted by the staff, making us feel like a VIP for the night haha.
I still remember the staff who helped us go through all the hassle. He even told one of us that since he is the maknae rookie there (meaning young newbie) he had to be in charge of this hahaha. Thank you Kim Min Ki sshi! (Sadly, we didn't take any pictures with him T_T)
And we're off to the hotel which means.....another night in Seoul...for free! xD All our expenses were paid for, even our food. The hotel manager is so cute (he is an ahjusshi btw). At first, we were worried about how to communicate with him but when he spoke to us in bahasa Indonesia, we were shocked. He's really good at it and he told us that he used to study in Indonesia which explains why....
After much difficulty (cause he did not understand us at first haha) informing the hotel manager that we could not eat pork or any other meat that is not slaughtered in a halal manner, we finally bought dinner.....from the convenience store xD
The night was still young and we think that it'll be a waste if we were to stay in our room so we decided to go to Myeongdong/Hongdae but after walking to the station, we realized that we actually stayed at the other end of Seoul which means if we were to go to Myeongdong/Hongdae, it'll probably will take us about 1 hour plus and it was already 9pm -.- Feeling disappointed, we walked around our hotel premises instead even though there's nothing much to see. It was a really cold night and you could see the path were all covered in snow *_*
I really wanted to go karaoke again since I didn't had enough of last time but the noraebang seemed...creepy so we decided not to :( Went to a convenience store to buy more kimbab and Asy bought an ice cream despite the cold weather haha.
K.Oed once I reached our room since it was a long and stressful day >< The fact that I barely had enough sleep cause I didn't want to miss our flight didn't help either.....Sigh.

Rise
and shine at 11am! Went to check twitter in case there were airport previews of
them in Hongkong airport but they weren’t so Asy went to pack her luggage
again. But, we had a feeling that they will be back in the afternoon so after
much consideration, we decided that we should just go to the airport!
Furthermore, I need to get some stuff there. The ride from Seoul Station to Incheon
took about an hour and since we didn’t have wifi, we were worried if there were
any previews of EXO be it in Hongkong or Seoul so once we reached, (thank god
for the easy access to wifi in Seoul) we checked our twitter and……

Our fangirl instincts that day was damn DAEBAK please. I’m so proud of meself
T^T There weren’t any information regarding which plane they board but again,
we trust our fangirl instincts and WE GOT IT RIGHT T_____T Let me crey for a moment
According
to the flight schedule from Hongkong, the plane was supposed to land at 4pm kst
and it was already nearing 4 when we reached the airport so we ran all the way
to the arrival hall xD
When
we went to Exit A, there were MANY fan girls there. Fansite noonas were
everywhere with their dslr and I cant help but to feel intimidated by them. I
mean, we were among possible EXO’s fansite masters OKAY?! asKJBFkagvfwigv
Waiting
for EXO is like waiting for a rain in the drought….Stood there for an hour but
batang hidung drng pon tak nmpk and the fans were all complaining. There was a
group of girls behind us who, I happened to overheard their convo, were talking
about how their idol’s manager’s car were not parked outside and they were
like, what if they left at the other exit already? I didn’t know who they were
talking about at that time so I thought they were talking about Exo until…
WINNER
CAME OUT OF THE ARRIVAL HALL. Initially, I didn’t know it was them until I saw
someone with a center parting hair which is obviously NAM TAEHYUN AND ALL OF
THE FANS STARTED SCREAMING. I was like OMFGSH IS THAT WINNER IS THAT WINNER AND
THE JAPANESE FAN BESIDE ME WAS LIKE OMGGG YESSS ITS WINNER!! I didn’t get to
see them up close because they went to the other side of the exit but I could
still recognise who’s who from their back, especially Kang Seungyoon because HE
WAS WEARING HIS BIG HAT THAT HE WORE DURING MAMA xD I would’ve run to them to
have a closer look if I could but since I was at a good spot and there were
many fans crowding around them, I decided not to :(
Apparently,
the group of girls was actually waiting for WINNER because they left when
WINNER left. Anw, made friends with the Japanese fan who came with her friend.
She’s a fan of EXO, Baekhyun while her friend is a fan of APINK, so they were
waiting for them too.
A few
minutes after WINNER left (that time my fan girl heart wasn’t at ease yet), out
came DOUBLE B’S AS IN BOBBY AND B (FREAKING) I. I WAS SPEECHLESS AF. BOBBY WAS
PUSHING THE TROLLEY OF LUGGAGE, HE WAS IN BLACK, NO MASK, HAIR GELLED UP AND
LOOK GOOD AF I’M GOODBYE.
AND
I HAVE'NT EVEN TALK ABOUT B.I.
B.I
WAS IN WHITE HIPHOP CLOTHING, SNAPBACK AND HE WORE A MASK. I didn’t mind that
he wore a mask because HE’S DOING US, ME A FAVOR BY NOT MAKING ME FAINT?!
Hahahahahais. (Whenever I fangirl over them, I have to remind myself all over
again that they are younger than me, and that fangirling over them is like
fangirling over my brother’s friends because they are of the same age…sigh)
They walked towards our area and I really had a good view of them T^T
JBAIGHWNVSKL MY NOONA HEART T^T I wanted to follow Bobby and B.I at first but
looking at the amount of fans crowding them….sigh it’s okay…Should just save my
energy for EXO hah
After
Bobby and B.I left, we heard from the other EXO fans that EXO won’t be exiting
at Exit A but at Exit E instead. Initially, we were like contemplating if we
should stay or leave but in the end, we decided to leave and that was when we
saw fans from Exit A running towards Exit E. Because Exit A and Exit E is so
far apart from one another we had to run. It really was like a stampede xD I couldn’t
believe that both Asy and I were a part of the stampede too :P People were all
looking at us, some were even recording but we didn’t care and ran our feets
off to the other end T^T The things we did there…..
Thank
god we ran because a few minutes later after we reached Exit E, SE FREAKING HUN
LEFT AND THAT’S WHEN I RAN TOWARDS THE CROWD THAT FOLLOWED HIM (I didn’t know
where Asy was at that time). The crowd that followed him was massive, but he
stood out because he is tall and lean, with his beanie and gray pullover.
There’s this one point of time that I was JUST BESIDE HIM but in the end, within
seconds, I got pushed by the fans, pushed so hard that I nearly got knocked
into the glass door so I gave up and didn’t follow Sehun all the way out :( Plus, the mob was so scrazy (scary + crazy) because there’s this fan who
actually fell down but people were all stepping on her. (I wanted to help but I
was being pushed by them too ><) It was THAT bad. Sehun saw what happened
and I could see that he wanted to help but he was already being pushed by the
fans so yeah :(
I
was so exhausted after all that and went back to find Asy. She’s like, DAYAK
WHERE WERE YOU and I’m like ASY WHERE WERE YOU I WAS RUNNING TO SEHUN. She’s
like WTH WHY YOU LEAVE ME and I’m like I CAN’T FIND YOU and decided that we
should hooked our arms around one another so we won’t be separated again hahah
Went
to find a good spot to wait for the other 9 members before the crowd increased
again >< A while later, the fansite noonas suddenly got busy preparing their
dslr and that’s when…
ANOTHER
ROUND OF EXO FIASCO O-<-<
TAO,
CHEN, KAI AND D.O WERE THERE AND WE WERE SO CLOSE I CAN ACTUALLY TOUCH TAO’S
ARM (Seriously I think my bias luck is not with Luhan but with Tao instead. Whenever
I bought EXO’s album, the member that I usually get is him and REMEMBER TLPSG?!
If Tao is my bias it’d be damn awesome but sorry? Heh)
The
crowd got worse – fans were all pushing and since there were no barricades, the
members got pushed as well. Tbh, it was a really scary sight. D.O looked so
fragile, behind Kai, and he was looking down :/ It’s no wonder why he got so
traumatized whenever he had to go through the airport because really, it seemed
like a battlefield out there. Even I got scared of it and it’s only my first
time here. The security guards were OF NO USE and THERE’S ONLY A FEW OF THEM?!
THEY SHOULD GET AN ARMY OKAY. So, I’m actually really glad that there’s a CIP
exit in Singapore
because at least they won’t get mobbed by the fans whenever they come here :/
Now
it’s left with Chanyeol, Xiumin, Baekhyun, Suho and Lay. There were lesser fans
at Exit E that time so we ran to Exit A because we were not sure where those remaining
5 members will exit at and at that time, there were fans crowded at Exit A.
After
some time waiting, we saw a female idol exiting, Block B, Dancing 9 casts, even
GD was there too! There’s this Japanese fan girl who took a picture with two of
the Dancing 9 contestant whose name I can’t remember but I know them because I
watch that dance show xP If I’m not wrong both of them were in the Blue team.
Asy and I were contemplating if we should take a picture with them just because
but as we were deciding, I happened to spot someone in a bright red hair
walking towards the exit with the rest of the members and it occurred to me
that the guy in red hair was actually Rap Monster from BTS. I’m not an Army but when they first debuted, I once fan girl about Jimin with my poly
friends so yeah, I know them and listen to their songs too. Plus, it’s not helping
either that my tlist are crazy about them xD
When
I saw it was BTS, I told Asy, BE RIGHT BACK! and quickly ran to BTS AND THE
FIRST PERSON I SAW WAS JIMIN…..(Please remind me again that Jimin is younger than me too /facepalms/) But he wasn’t smiling >< He seemed tired and again,
the fans were all pushing so I feel him :( Since I’m among the
crowd, I was being dragged + squashed together and the only thing that’s free
from being squashed was my arm taking video of the boys. ANW! I WAS SO CLOSE TO
THEM AND TAEHYUNG IS SO CUTE?! (No wonder my tlist are all crazy about him!)
HE WAS BITING HIS FINGER AS HE WALKED WITH THE MEMBERS WHILE LOOKING AT THE
FANS CROWDING AROUND HIM.
SO
CUTE BUT CANNOT UHHHHH.... I can’t afford to join another fandom because 3 is enough.
WAYYYY MORE THAN ENOUGH. Stanning SJ, EXO and BEAST together is already hard, I’m
not going to risk stanning another group T^T (Well, Double B’s are an exception
though)
After
they left, the crowd began to get lesser and that’s when we realise, WHERE DID
ALL THE EXO FANS WENT TO?! We walked back to Exit E only to realise there weren’t
any fans there compared to the crowd just now. Walked again to Exit A and asked
around if they were waiting for any idols but they said nope :( So I went to check twitter….and to our dismay…
THE
REMAINING 5 MEMBERS HAD ALREADY LEFT THE AIRPORT because there were pictures of
them being crowded with fans, taken by the news reporters. FHWIGHWIOVGWHVWN?! At
that point of time we felt so…..disappointed, especially Asy because she missed
BOTH of her bias. It’s like we KNOW we were in the same building but we missed
it because WE DIDN’T KNOW WHERE THEY EXITED. (Now that I think about it, they’d
probably went to Exit E. Maybe right after Tao’s group? Freakkkkkk)
By
then, there were no more idols exiting the arrival halls so that was our cue to
leave too :( When we realise that it was already 8pm, we quickly ask the information counter
where’s Lotte Department Mall only to find out that it was actually at Gimpo
Airport…./facepalm/ The lady suggested that we should board a bus so after
buying the tickets, we’re off to Gimpo which took about half and hour journey.
We didn’t
know where we should alight so we had to walk all the way to the mall and it
was so cold that night my ears were in pain and turned red. All this while when
the weather was cold, my ears were fine but I guess it had reached it maximum tolerance of the cold xP
After
more walks, we finally reached Lotte Department Mall and I was super mad when
the place that I wanted to go was closed -.- We were 30 minutes late. FREAK.
What a wasted trip T^T (but Asy was like at least we get to board a bus? Sigh,
true though…) We didn’t shop in the mall because it was crazy expensive, like
all those branded goods so after going to the super atas toilet, we board the
subway to Myeongdong because it’ll be our LAST time here T^T
Initially,
we thought of doing some last minute shopping but it was already 10pm and we
were famished so we went to eat at Yoogane first. Tbh,
I prefer the Yoogane in Hongdae compared to the ones here in Myeongdong :P
By
the time we finished eating, many shops were already closed down, even the bag
pack that both Asy and I FINALLY wanted to buy after all the consideration.
Also, we didn’t get to take a picture with our favourite squishy NR promoter
whom we considered as our friend :( So many things we didn’t get to do/buy at Myeongdong :( Thank goodness the huge NR building wasn’t closed so we went to buy more facial
products because Asy wanted Chanyeol’s NR photocard and I wanted Kai’s fan :P
Rushed
for the last train and when we reached our dorm, it started to slowly sinked in….

Day 10 // At Gwanghwamun

Team B - Climax
3rd December 2014
Ever
since it started snowing on 1st December, both Asy and I had
difficulty waking up. Kalau ikutkan hati (If I were to follow my heart), I wouldn’t
want to wake up at all because it felt so nice and comfortable especially when
the comforter is so thick and the bed is so comfy I can sleep all day T^T
Actually,
that day’s plan was to send Exo off to Hongkong for MAMA because they didn’t fly off to Hongkong the day before. Based from my fan girl knowledge/experience (chey
step eh hahaha), Exo will usually be in the airport at around 8am to 9am if
they have to catch the morning flight so we set our alarm early in the morning
and when we woke up to check updates on twitter, unfortunately, there weren’t
any. Plus, I think we were really sleepy so we didn’t even bother waiting for
more updates cause we went back to bed straightaway, only to find out a few
hours later that Exo was actually in the airport….at around that timing we
initially predicted. TSKKKKKKKKK. Pissed and no luck with Exo (yet)
Thank
goodness we were on time for the guard changing ceremony at Gwanghwamun. I felt
like eating an ice cream so I bought one and eating ice cream on a crazy cold
weather sounds crazy but it was especially good at the same time :9
Purchased
our tickets for the palace before watching the ceremony…
After
waiting for some time, the ceremony started but that’s when both my phone and
Asy’s phone decided to be an ass (especially mine). We couldn’t take a proper
video/picture because 1) Asy’s phone out of memory 2) My phone just sucks. But
sigh, at least we get to take the first part of the ceremony so I guess all is
well?
The ceremony
lasted around 10 minutes and once it was over, we rushed for our palace visit
because it was nearing 4pm and it’s last admission is at 4 itself.
I
was really in awe of the palace….. It really seemed like what you see in those
traditional dramas. From the structure of the building to the detailed designs, everything
seemed so beautiful.
And
the snow that morning…really made the place look extra picture perfect…
Since we only had an hour to explore the palace, we were really rushing but at least we get to explore most of the places. After all the photo-taking, we went to Gwanghwamun Square and once again, took pictures with the King Sejong statue :D
There was a mini booth on "Jewels of Asean" and we decided to take a look at it plus we need some warmth since it was freezing cold out there T^T The staffs were all friendly and asked us if we wanted to take part in some easy quiz and we did! And yesss, it was VERY easy especially with their help xD So in the end, we won some badges, hotpacks and a Jewels of Asean pencil case :)
Headed to Lotte Mart for our last grocery shopping and packed our dinner before getting ready for MAMA(!!!!!)
Ran home with our box full of groceries xD

When Black Pearl appeared, both Asy and I screamed our
lungs off because IT’S EXO AND BLACK PEARL BB. Then when TELL ME WHAT IS LOVE
happened, all hell broke lose. The song is already eargasm when D.O sang it
himself at TLP but during MAMA, the vocal lines - Baek and Chen (missing Lu ge) sang with him too so imagine the triple eargasm we got!! PLUS, THE REST OF THE
MEMBERS DANCED TO THAT SONG?!?! TELL ME WHAT IS AIR?!?!?! (but I do feel a bit
empty because it feels so different without Kris…without Luhan…especially when
Kai danced all by himself during the performance. Just last year, he was with
Luhan…but now..)
My
timeline was being an emotional wreck that time because OT10 during MAMA and I
kindda got affected by it too lol. Sigh. (Okay I shall stop talking about OT10
its making me emotional ><)
One
drama after another in twitter about awards and such which made me felt even
ajkZvfgwaiosvh. Asy was like telling me to ignore all of them because I
actually got irritated at one point of time that I nearly burst HAHAHA. This was why I didn’t vote for anyone for this year’s MAMA >< Maybe I won’t vote
ever again hah.
Anyway,
initially, we planned to go to the sauna right after MAMA but it ended after
midnight so we had to give it a miss T^T Decided to start (as in 2 hours later
after slacking around) packing since our stuffs were all over the place but how
do you start when your things were this much?!
I had a hard time
packing, squeezing whatever that can fit in my luggage that it bulged out
hahaha.
